A: In a monthly review of new ideas, our Innovation Lab Team will read through your suggestion and discuss it. If we believe your idea has potential, we will contact you by phone or email to get more information and discuss it further with you. Even if we decide not to pursue your suggestion, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Q: How long will it take for someone at Enova to get back to me?
A: Since we are continually receiving new ideas from many sources, we set up a monthly review of new ideas, so allow at least one month, from the time you submit your idea, for us to respond.

Q: What if Enova wants to pursue the idea?
A: Each idea is different and requires a unique approach. Be assured that we will contact you to discuss the opportunities we see for your idea. We will also explore the financing and ownership options with you before any action takes place.
