Exos Names Douglas King Vice President of Sales and Marketing

ST. PAUL, Minn. (February 1, 2008) –  Exos Corporation is pleased to announce today that Douglas King has been named vice president of sales and marketing.  The appointment is effective immediately.

Prior to joining Exos, King was vice president and general manager at Waters Medical Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zareba Systems, Inc. and a leading manufacturer of products for the preservation of kidneys for transplantation and whole blood oximetry used in cardiac catheter labs.  The company was sold to Groupe Cair of Lyon, France, in August 2007.

From 1997 to 2005, King was the CEO of Spineology Inc., a Minnesota-based medical device company that specializes in the development of proprietary implants and instrumentation for spinal disorders, including fractures, tumors and degenerative disc disease.

King’s experience in the medical device industry also includes working as vice president at Urofitness Centers, a Clinical Network, Inc. clinic that specializes in the treatment of urinary incontinence; vice president of marketing at Medvision, Inc.; owner and operator of Firstat Nursing Services, a K-L Healthcare franchise that specializes in home healthcare, supplemental hospital staffing and nursing services; and senior vice president of sales and marketing at Orthomet, Inc., a manufacturer of trauma, total hip and knee implants, and instrumentation.

King earned his B.A. degree at Colorado College.  He has served on the board of directors for the Children’s Cancer Research Foundation, and was a long-term member of the organization’s Corporate Action Committee.

“Doug is precisely the person we need to lead Exos’s sales and marketing operations during this exciting start-up phase of our development,” said Fariborz Boor Boor, Exos President/CEO and Enova CEO.  “He joins Exos as we are preparing to launch our new Orthofoam technology that will revolutionize orthopedic bracing, casting and splinting practices.  His broad experience in leading new product sales and marketing initiatives is a critical asset as we introduce our new Exos products, build distribution systems, and raise capital.”

Exos, a subsidiary of Minnesota-based Enova Medical Technologies, was formed in August 2007 to develop and commercialize innovative orthopedic support devices.
