John Berdusco Named to Enova Medical Board of Directors

ST. PAUL, Minn. (March 27, 2007) – Enova Medical Technologies today announced that John Berdusco has been named to the company’s board of directors.

Berdusco is a seasoned pharmaceutical and medical device executive who most recently worked as vice president of administration for St. Jude Medical (1993-200l), where he oversaw due diligence and integration teams for a number of acquisitions. Prior to that, he was employed by Eli Lilly & Co. (1965-93), where he held several senior positions including general manager and senior V.P. of operations for cardiac pacemakers. Berdusco has served on the boards of several early-stage medical companies. He co-owns an Internet provider company, a winery, a forest products company, and a hotel franchising organization.
